Cracking Chocolate Brownies

Soooo, Easter is only a few days away, nothing beats these ooooey, gooey chocolate brownies. They are NOT vegan so we are sorry but we just couldnt resist treating ourselves this week..

The ingredients:

100g Butter
200g chopped Pico Hazelnut Chocolate
4 Eggs
250g caster sugar
100 g Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
30g Medicinal Mushroom Magic
3 Cream Eggs - optional
10 small mini eggs - optional

The Method:

Preheat the over to 180 °C
In a bain marie, melt together the butter and the chopped chocolate untill fully incorporated into a glossy consistency, leave to rest until its at room temperature.
Whisk together the egg and sugar until light and fluffy
Fold in the ROOM TEMPERATURE melted glossy chocolate mix - ensuring it is a room temp will mean the eggs will not accidentally get cooked..
Once incorporated add in the flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix until smooth.
Top with your easter favourites, we have gone with cream eggs and mini eggs but these can be swapped out for more sophisticated nuts or pretzels.
Bake for 20/25 mins untill the tip cracks and the middle is still a little runny.

This is a great base for all blondies and non vegan brownies - simply chop and change your toppings for the ultimate treat!
